If both POWO and JEPS agree, I think you are good to go.
Oregon Flora still uses Silene campanulata subsp. glandulosa and doesn't show S. greenei as an alternative. https://oregonflora.org/taxa/index.php?taxon=8404
I don't know how this works in iNat--if an observation is made as S. campanulata glandulosa, will it automatically be converted to S. greenei greenei? Since OFP hasn't made the change, it would be reasonable to let the folks using Oregon Flora for ID why this taxonomic swap was made.

Hadn't occurred to me to check what OregonFlora is doing. I just sent them an email suggesting an update. I guess I'll ping some Oregon iNatters here.

POWO, Jepson eFlora, and Flora of North America all recognize the species as Silene greenei, and Silene campanulata subsp. glandulosa as Silene greenei subsp. greenei. I'm planning on committing the corresponding taxon swaps (this one and https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_changes/126961) in the next few days, but based on @jkierstead's comments above it seems like a good idea to give you all in OR a heads-up so it doesn't catch you off guard, and in case there are counterarguments I'm not aware of.
