State wildlife agency to require new lands passes at 41 areas.

Of the 41 wildlife areas and ecological reserves included, four major sites are within fairly close reach of Bay Area residents: Grizzly Island Wildlife Area (Solano County), Napa-Sonoma Marsh Wildlife Area (Green Island Unit only, Napa County), Elkhorn Slough Ecological Reserve (Monterey County) and Woodbridge.
