I'm Kat, and I have a Bachelor of Life Sciences from McMaster, as well as a degree in Ecosystem Restoration from Niagara College. I have a strong interest in terrestrial vertebrate, but am always trying to learn how to ID things outside my comfort zone.

I particularly love birding and have a strong affinity for smaller birds such as finches and sparrows.
