Very much an amateur naturalist!

I am in college studying Biology and go out to observe anything I can find in my free time. To me there is no greater joy than taking a walk through the woods and photographing every living thing I can find. I'm on here to learn about all the little critters I find every day and to share them with everyone who wants to see them!

I am particularly interested in jumping spiders, leaf/plant/treehoppers, moths, fish, reptiles, birds, and ants to name some. My main goal on here is to collect as many unique species as possible and to amass an extensive collection of diverse observations because, even though I have favorites, I love everything that moves!

I also enjoy helping others ID their observations, but as I am still learning, most of my IDs are made by eye. I stick mostly to East Coast US animals, but if an ID is obvious enough, I'll take a stab at it. I apologize if there are any mistakes, let me know and I'll fix them!
