I'm interested in phylogenetics, systematics, population genetics and taxonomy.

My high school fascination with ants encouraged me to pursue higher education after dropping out of college in 2008. I received my Bachelors and Masters degree at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio US where I studied fungus-growing ants. I started my doctorate studying the phylogenetic and evolutionary history of caterpillar hunting beetles at the Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle Genève in Switzerland Feburary 2022.
