Long-time birder and all-around naturalist living in the Denver Colorado metro area. I am interested in anything that moves and learning about native plants, which makes it hard to get beyond a few feet from the parking lot when I'm out in the field. Active volunteer with Denver Audubon, recently started doing butterfly monitoring at the Nature Center, and I am slowly converting my home gardens to Colorado native plants for pollinators, birds, and other wildlife.
