I'm a biogeographer and naturalist in Monterey Bay, California with previous nests scattered around NY, CT, MA, VA, MD, other parts of CA and the UK. Earned MA in geography from King's College London and MS in Environmental Conservation at UMass Amherst with focus on species distribution modeling of native wildlife in the northeast, and fire-prone/successional plants in the arid southwest. I got my career start in environmental science as an Americorps /Student Conservation Association park naturalist and GIS technician at NY State Parks and previously served as a Maryland Master Naturalist volunteer.
