I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Cal State Long Beach and have an associate's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from El Camino College.
I used to work at garden centers in the South Bay for many years. I currently volunteer at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, the Aquarium of the Pacific and occasionally at the Dominguez Rancho Adobe Museum.
