Hi! I'm a naturalist and educator living and learning on Catawba, Cherokee and Yuchi lands in North Carolina. You'll find me wandering in cove forests, sitting by streams, or huddled on the side of the road after helping all manner of herptiles and anyone else in need cross to safety (or rest in peace). I'm particularly passionate about road ecology, vernal pool monitoring, and continuously honing my various animal and fungal impersonations.
