Je me suis initié à la plongée sous-marine voilà plus de trente ans et j'y ai trouvé un milieu d'évolution, source de bien-être, de quiétude et de nombreuses rencontres enrichissantes.

Face à la contemplation de l'extraordinaire biodiversité sous-marine et des beautés fragiles de notre environnement subaquatique, j'ai fait preuve de curiosité pour essayer de comprendre cet écosystème, ses nombreuses interactions, ses mécanismes et ses innombrables merveilles.

Mon terrain de jeu favori est aujourd'hui constitué par le bassin d'Arcachon dans la région du Sud-Ouest de la France où je me surprends constamment par de nouvelles découvertes.

Je tente de sensibiliser mon entourage à la protection de notre environnement marin qui reste trop peu connu et peu accessible pour un grand nombre. Devenu formateur biologiste, j'accompagne et je renseigne tous les plongeurs qui partagent cette même passion commune.

I started scuba diving more than thirty years ago and found it an environment of development, a source of well-being, tranquility and many enriching encounters.

Faced with the contemplation of the extraordinary underwater biodiversity and the fragile beauties of our underwater environment, I showed curiosity to try to understand this ecosystem, its numerous interactions, its mechanisms and its countless wonders.

My favorite playground today is the Arcachon basin in the South-West region of France where I constantly surprise myself with new discoveries.

I try to raise awareness among those around me about the protection of our marine environment which remains too little known and inaccessible for many people. Having become a biologist trainer, I support and inform all divers who share this same common passion.
