I'm a museum curator of entomology most interested in the taxonomy and ecology of ants (family Formicidae) but also with a sideline interest in dragonflies and damselfies (order Odonata) and a very long term passion for birding.
I've authored a new pocket guide to dragonflies and damselflies of south-east Queensland (128 pages, treating 83 species) published by the Queensland Museum in partnership with the Queensland Naturalist's Club Inc. It's available here:

Most of the content is online and can be accessed via the Queensland Museum's website. Additional species that weren't included in the book will be added through time.
