Identificaciones de tinamac

pretty tough to make an ID from this but I assume he's swimming upside down eating Atlantic Saury that are floating on the surface -watched it for a long time and it never came out of the water any more than this - people will probably think I'm crazy but I'm not convinced that this isn't a Right Whale? it was just floating around for about 15 minutes that I watched it and never came out of the water once
