Whitespotted Grouper.
Numerous smooth and eagle rays
Released
with two remoras
I was lucky enough to get to swim around with this eagle ray this morning, it was curious, flew around me a couple of times before heading of. Early Xmas present :).
Young observed being born in seagrass beds exposed by low tide in Venus Bay. Young detected by their presence at the waters surface as they seemed to be tangled in exposed seagrass. Adult rays had flattened an area within the seagrass. Observation made by L. van Weenen. Blue container is a 4 litre ice cream container.
