Goat Canyon, Santa Cruz County AZ. Possibly Sanford talussnail?
At least 8 slugs, varying in color climbing along the moss at the bottom of a maple tree. 58 degrees F, cloudy.
for context, see daily account #19- west duwamish greenbelt walking trail on 6/4. i saw this banana slug on my way out, which looked like it was in a gigantic dandelion plant (all of the plants here were enormous). i'm not completely sure of the classification, i knew it wasn't a pacific banana slug which has a very particular pattern, and while slender banana slugs are usually yellow, they can also come in brown- so this seemed like the most plausible identification.

Found on the ground... it did not used to be there. Possibly dropped by a bird? Other people do not go here.

This snail was capture outside our cabin and was surrounded my many leaves and rocks along with huge trees and vegetation. The forest was full of organism like deer and small insects there was different forms of plains that made the landscape have big mountains. The classification is a Gastropoda .
Found an empty shell without any snails inside. it was next to the small river beside the other snail I found under the rock.
extra snail I found it kind of looks different and the same at the same time. This snail was bigger and rounder and the colors and shape of his shell were different from the other ones I found. Also, I noticed that this snail was making bubbles a lot.
