This plant, also known as the Great White Trillium, has a single stalk with a whorl of three broad, ovate leaves. At the top of the stalk, three white petals and three green sepals form a distinct flower. This perennial herb typically blooms in early spring.
Will have to come back and pop all these seeds in August!
