In my last obs of the lime tree clutch (13/05) 2nd instars were seen with 4th and 5th instars and after a couple of days looking I found another 2 historical egg clutches low down on the same bush. I am guessing that at least one of them was laid by the adult observed on April 13 and the 2nd instars come from that. All have now lost their leaf shelter so I have not seen the younger individuals since then. All three egg clutches were laid on east facing leaves.
