At least 4 flew over my house at 1726 and later. My FOS.
Blue-headed Vireos were heard singing first, then spotted. One individual actually came quite close and I was able to get a really nice look at the bird. Absolutely one of my favorite pictures!
A seed lodged into a hole. I couldn’t take it out, it was really in there. This is the second seed that I’ve found in really strange places, the other being behind some bark. I’m wondering what kind of bird would exhibit this behavior
