Occasionally made quick visits to several blooming natives in the garden, but always returned immediately to the potted lantana. Frass under the Lonicera sempervirens suggests that there are larvae, but have not located any this year.
On a non-native potted plant on the porch.
Huge spider. Could see with naked eye sitting on a leaf on the water retention pond at least 20 feet from shore.
Mating on blooming winterberry Holly.
With Don Fraser and Alice Mary Herden; we drove Rattlesnake Camp Road -- obviously! -- but never drove north of it. I separated these sightings into several locations, but these photographs were taken 23 days ago, so I had better post them now using a generic circle, rather than risking them getting lost in the matrix.
