This skink crept out from under a rock while I was sitting really still on Hauturu

Pulled off some dry wall and there it was!

Found on Mana Island in penguin nestbox, could be McGregor's skink as can be found here.

Climbing up my overalls.

There were hundreds of them throughout a pile of dead wood

these are from a property - they were found in a wall and released nearby.

Found under rocks.
