another wild caught gecko I plan to keep captive :) can anyone specify if they are male or female? I’m thinking male. and if in theory I had an opposite-sex pair, would a mediterranean and a tropical house gecko breed?

female wild caught green anole!!! her and my male Ringo have already mated! what can I do to increase the chances of success for their offspring? they are currently housed with my geckos but I am in the process of obtaining another similar enclosure. do the male and female need to be separated now that they have mated? how long before I notice changes in the female/the baby is born?
