One of my favorite trees, beautifully ornamented at all times of year. Feathery pendulous spring blooms, pendulous fruit clusters the rest of the year, scarlet foliage in autumn. Specimen in a cemetery/arobretum.
My son found this little guy and identified it. Pretty sure he’s right.
