These two were hiding in an empty Lewis's Moon Snail shell while waiting for the tide to come in.

Eggs.

Herring eggs? There was a carpet of this on the beach, but surprisingly the nearby gulls were not that interested

Some sort of eggs at a night time low tide. Doing a little searching I thought maybe Sculpin, but I’m not sure!

Whose eggs are these?

This 2" eel-like fish is transparent, so you can see its bones! I noticed it on a rock during the minus tide, and had never seen one before.

Found on the beach. Plant or eggs?

Found this cluster of eggs by the water's edge at the beach just north of heart's desire, tomales bay. What kind of sea creatures do these eggs belong to?
