Hey,

I'm Josiah, a 17 y/o from Parkland (South Florida, USA), and a 5th-generation native of Broward County. My fascination with nature began when I started collecting and identifying seashells (Always empty; the commercial extraction of snails for their shells still saddens me.) at the beach when I was 5. I quickly sparked an interest in marine ecosystems, which later caught onto nearly everything. Most of my free time nowadays is spent hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, birding, beachcombing, backpacking, camping, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
