A Walk in the Golden Gate Park

September 4th, 2021.

As I was sitting at home in Daly City doing my homework at 11:00 am, I felt tired and needed a break, so I decided to go to Golden Gate Park for a walk. It took me a 10 minutes drive to get there. I got there around 11:45am and I parked my car. As I got out of my car the weather seemed nice and it was sunny and the temperature was 75 Fahrenheit, but it was a little bit windy. Then, while I was walking I remembered that I have an observation assignment, so I decided to look around for plants or animals to take pictures of. As I was looking around, I saw a plant that grabbed my attention so I decided to get a closer look at it. At the time I did not know what kind of plant it was or what the name of it was, so I took a picture to look it up online. I did some research until I was fully sure of the name and what kind of plant it was. Then, I decided to take some pictures of the Toyon plant. At first, I tried to take some close and focused shots of the leaves and green tiny barriers. Since it was windy, the tree was moving and I could not get a steady shot. It took me some time to finally get a couple of nice focused shots. To be able to capture the whole plant, I moved a little bit back from the Toyon plant and took some photos. And then I was finally done taking photos and decided to head back home and upload the observation.
